After reading Jon Gordon's article, a Fast Company-featured post (Jan 2, 2013), I've chosen a word as my motivator this year. I chose an action verb because I want the nudge when I see it to think, act upon and achieve results in every area of my life.
My word?
Contribute.
I am mapping my goals for contributing to my relationships with my family members, church members, neighbors and colleagues.
Oh... and I'm starting with goals for myself, which will remain private for now.
What's your word?
I would choose "incentive". Things I do usually impacts those around me. Hopefully for the good. Nothing like doing service and bringing someone joy. :)
